After her flight got cancelled in China, one woman probably thought that her day wasn't going to be any more eventful. However, she couldn't have been more wrong.
The unnamed woman was supposed to fly from Chongqing to her home town of Hangzhou, but the Hainan Airlines flight cancelled. The airline offered to put her in a hotel for the night. She took them up on it, thinking it was the way to be most comfortable while waiting for the next flight.
Turns out, though, the hotel wasn't exactly designed for comfort — at least not in the traditional sense.
The airline booked her in a "love hotel," a common establishment in east Asia where lovers go to have sex. Most of the love hotels are pretty standard, but this particular place also featured an S&M themed room.
It might be perfect for an adventurous couple, but was not the ideal place for this weary traveler to rest her weary head.
So naturally, she did what any of us would do in this situation: She took pictures and uploaded them to social media.
And we thank her for doing so — despite the fact that this experience sounds stressful, it definitely brought a smile to our face.
