The thought behind it is that the woman with smaller breasts cannot compete with those who are well-endowed, therefore, she will be more loyal to her man.
It may have to do with that caveman urge to procreate.
Men who are looking for a partner to raise a family tend to prefer women with large bosoms while those who are not looking to settle down want a partner with smaller breasts.
Women should be happy and confident with what they have and not be worried or care what men like.
